Student Results/Speed Grader display issues

I am having an issue this year where the results view (after a student has submitted a New Quiz) is not displaying correctly. The display is displaying most of their answer choices (right or wrong) in the first couple questions/items space, leaving the following questions blank so it looks like the student has not answered those questions.  These seem to only happen on the "Fill In The Blank" question type.

I have attached a couple screenshots of what this looks like.

It is doing this in my view of speed grader as well.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, are there any fixes I should be aware of?

For a case like this, I'd recommend contacting Canvas support so they can look into the details of the quiz and your Canvas instance to identify any possible issues and work to get them resolved.
