Speedgrader asking for a Google login to view some submissions, but not all.

One of our teachers came to me yesterday with an issue in Speedgrader. In a web URL submission assignment, for just a couple of her kids, she got this Google login error screen:
It's not a screen I've seen before (usually it's an authorization prompt, if anything). And, when you click on Sign In there, it just tells you there's another error and to check third-party cookies. Which I did, and hers were set to only block them in incognito mode, and I specifically added Canvas as a place to accept them from. There was no way for her to see the submissions.
This occurred for only 2 or 3 of the submissions. The rest were fine, as she was signed in.
To further complicate, when I went into Speedgrader through my admin view, I could see those students' submissions without issue. I didn't get this issue, so it wasn't fully the submissions.
Has anyone seen anything like this?
Thank you!

Thanks, @chriscas. We've definitely checked the permissions and the teacher was definitely in her school account. Fortunately the behavior has not become a regular occurrence so we're going to chalk it up to fluke for now!
