Speedgrader Student Video Commments

Hi All,

We've encountered a strange issue regarding Speedgrader.  When a student uploads a short video (Media Comment) with their assignment it plays properly in their student view, however when the instructor attempts to look at the video in Speedgrader, the video (Media Comment) only shows up as audio).  On the right side of the screen, there is a video thumbnail. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Hi @jsowalsk , I did contact support. The case has been on hold for a few years now. The latest response was in 2020. The technician was able to replicate the issue that our users were experiencing and created a ticket with the engineers. Thanks for checking into this!
