I am trying to grade google slides students submitted through external tool in speed grader.  1-2 out of a class of 30 will actually open and the others all say "

Service is currently unavailable. Try again later.

Any solutions?

We are seeing the same while the Canvas Status indicates all systems are operational.

• I'm seeing the same thing here. Still getting the service unavailable message even though it's supposed to be fixed.

People in my district are still experiencing a tangential problem as well.

Students are supposed to be using the annotation tool on an assignment, but can't because the docuviewer isn't loading.

@holliwade and @bdye You probably have already seen this but Canvas updated their status page about an hour ago that this is now a know issue being worked on.

Same here...Canvas continues to meet expectations...

If you follow the status.instructure.com link, Canvas is unfortunately experiencing another outage impacting the same area.
