We have multiple teachers getting the Service is currently unavailable message in the SpeedGrader doc viewer. I have checked the Canvas status here https://status.instructure.com/ There are no known errors showing but there is an previous incident from October 22 saying the same incident has been resolved. Are any other instances encountering the same issue?

Hi Doug,
I am the internal Canvas support admin for our instance. It is an issue occuring for all educators and students using the doc viewer/annotation tool. I was trying here before I log a support request with Canvas. That will be my next step.

You are welcome @EmmaHendren and I understand your reason for checking here first. Hopefully it has been resolved by now since the problem has been occurring for at least a day.
