I am a new IT Director for a High School. I do not know who my account manager is and I have been unable to get any help. The Security Certificate for our canvas site has expired and students, faculty and staff are greeted with a warning whenever accessing the site and an "unsafe" designation is visible while they are logged on. This has been the case for weeks and I have not been able to open a ticket through our Canvas site or the instructure Support. Becoming desperate.
