SCORM - incomplete/complete not passing through graded assignment

Hi all,

I'm having issues with SCORM and Canvas working with each other, when the same set up has worked previously. 

Essentially, I have an Articulate Rise SCORM package. The publish settings were:

• SCORM 1.2 (also tried 2004 and API),
• completion score is at 80%, 
• complete/incomplete
• Exit button (exit the LMS)

I've uploaded this into Canvas as a graded assignment, worth 1 point. I have used a Requirement to "score at least" 1/1 on this item to unlock a quiz. Once a student selects "Exit" to leave the module, the quiz should unlock. It's worked for many years, but today for some reason I can't get the quiz to unlock after a student goes through the entire module and selects exit. 

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Hello @joannal_lau 

There have been quite a few known issues on SCORM files in Canvas. Could one of the listed known issues that are still open qualify? If so, I recommend following the SCORM known issues to keep track of their status.
