Remove "Public Domain" notation

Hello,

I initially imported class information from the Commons but decided not to use the information and create my own. However, because of the initial import, I have the following message at the bottom of my course.  I do not wish to my course to be considered Public Domain. How do I get it removed?

You're probably going to want to look at this Guide so you can change the settings in your course.
