Registration Error

I have a few students who are getting an error that says "Problem with Registration" when they attempt to accept my invitation to my class.
Their error also says the following: It looks like you may have already confirmed your registration. Try logging in with the email address and password you registered. If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password" link...
When they exit the error message the invite is still at the top and if they click accept it once again takes them to the same error message. My class does not appear on their dashboard.
Advice or direction towards where this was already answered?
