We were taking our Finals and I had plenty of time but my quiz submitted by itself with 6 mins in, it said time was up but the rest of the class excluding me still had time. our instructor had set the time limit to 50. People are telling me It was my fault for the slow internet but I had a new internet installed for that day, please help me

Welcome the Canvas Community. This is a public discussion board for Canvas users from different schools all over the world. We do not have any access to your test or your school's Canvas server. You will need to work with your instructor and the Help Desk at your school to find out what occurred with the test timer. Only they have access to the quiz settings and logs.
A test can automatically submit when the time limit is reached, but it can also submit when the "available until" time and date for the quiz is reached, even if you have not come to to the time limit.
