Quiz preview shows questions in a different order

I have created a quiz that includes 8 question groups, each contains between 2 to 8 questions. The order of the question groups and the questions in each question group is correct in the 'Edit' review. However, when I view the quiz 'Preview', some of the question groups appear in a different order, and sometimes, some of the questions from one question group appear as part of another question order.

I've used the 8 little dots next to the question group and question to arrange the order of the questions groups and question. However, the issue persists. I appreciate any suggestions and recommendations. Thank you.
