Question about the email notification

Hello,
I have a question about the email notification. I noticed that I didn't receive any email notification for any canvas activity like the announcement, index box, etc. I checked my notification setting and the email settings were set to "notify me immediately".
Does anyone know how can I resolve this issue?

You can set notifications for your entire Canvas account, and you can also set them per course. Have you checked both of these areas?
