QLearn assessment submissions missing

Hi there, 

I have students submit assessment in a course in 2024 that was marked on speedgrader with the results in the course markbook.  The students have since rolled over in to the year 12 course (it was a year 11 course) but I wanted access to the submissions.  As thre are no students inrolled in the 2024 course I cannot access the submissions on spedgrader, however it still says 21 out of 14 sumissions recieved when I go into the assessment item.  Can anyone plkease help on how I retrieve ould course assessment submissons?

Hi @ToddBURIC  

The only way to get submissions and scores back is to add those students back in the course.

I don't recommend moving them out from one course to another, but rather end the first year's course, then add them to the second year's course -- this will help to keep all the documentation for each year.

You will either need to re-add the students to the original course -- or perhaps you need to crosslist (move) the section from course 2 over to Course 2 (temporarily to get whatever info you need), then decrosslist (move back) the section to course 2 when you're done.
