I have over a 150 students in my "PEOPLE' section.
Shouldn't I only have the names of the students in my particular class?

I am not sure if you are an instructor or a student (but based on your e-mail address associated with your Community account, it looks as though you are a student), but enrollments in Canvas courses would be something you'd need to discuss with your school's Online Learning / eLearning department at your school. We here in the Community would not have access to your school's enrollment information and who should or should not be enrolled in your course. Based on your e-mail address associated with your Community account, I *think* this is the helpdesk website for your school:

Based on the information I see on this page, you could "Report an issue" to contact support folks at your school. There is also the link to "Browse support articles", but I think using the "Report an issue" option is probably the way to go.
