One email, Two accounts

I have two canvas accounts in email. 1 is old and other 1 is new. The new i merged it to my old one and i can't log in it anymore because if i I signed in it the email and password then press log in, the old canvas that opens not the new one. what should I do now?

Hi @Carol17 

If you merged the new account into the old one, there isn't a "new" account anymore.  There is only one account, which should have all the courses from both the old and new accounts, and you should be able to log in with either email address.

What if the accounts are not merged? My name appears double in People of a course.

If the accounts are not merged, then you have two accounts, with two different enrollments.
