I instruct 5 courses for the student organization community on campus, each with 250-400 users. I have used the 'notes' column as a space to identify the student organization the user is completing the course on behalf of. Due to the volume, it has always been easiest to export gradebook, paste in the list of orgs in the blank notes column in the csv, then re-import (and later fix any discrepancies in the data manually).
This year, for some reason, I either get a CSV file error when I attempt to do this or the one time it appeared to process, a system message that said, 'no changes detected,'
What's the fix?
