New tutor used a non-WEA account for learning hub; how is this transferred to new WEA credentials please?

As yet, no response from ICT; Please advise - completed lots of training on WEA hub using non-WEA e-mail address and created password to sign in. Still only recognising this non-WEA credentials when attempt to access wea.instructer.com. How is it changed please and all learning trasferred across to WEA new-tutor credentials?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard back from your local tech support team. Unfortunately we're unable to solve your problem within this space. Based on what you describe, it sounds like merging your accounts might be a solution. This has to be done by an admin user on your instance of Canvas, and hopefully your local admin is already aware of this option:
