Marks in grade book not working

Currently, I'm having multiple trainers who mark a student's work assign a score in the box in speed grader and leave a comment, however, when they open the grade book it says the assessment is not marked. They try and change it multiple times however, it doesn't work. Is this a bug or is there something I can do to fix this?

Hello @Wadmin 

Is the gradebook blank after grades were entered? Or are you seeing a little symbol in the Gradebook?

If grades are not posting, you may need to reach out to Support so they can take a closer look into the behavior you are seeing.

If you seeing an icon in the GradeBook, this indicates the score simply needs to be Updated via SpeedGrader.
