I am privy to the login help, however I can access canvas on my phone and tablet but not my computer using the same password. How do I call a representative to help troubleshoot?  I followed the password reset prompts but to no avail and did not receive and email link.

Have you tried sending a support request to the canvas mailbox?

Hi! You can also try to contact Support directly.

However, it may be best to contact the technology help desk on your campus. They'll be able to assist you with password resets and any other Canvas-related questions that may be specific to your school.
