Locked modules

My Professor has on the function on the modules that are locked until you finish the one before hand. I am having issues because it is locked on my end even though I did all the prerequisites to it. She cannot fix it on her end and I am freaking out because I need to do the work. I am not sure what to do I tried everything already.

Hi there, @CarlieBuono ...

What kinds of prerequisites did you have to meet in order to progress to the next pieces of content in your course?  I'm not asking you to share scores, grades, or anything like that...but if you could briefly describe in general terms some of the things you had to complete, that would be great.  Without being able to see your course, it seems to me there must be something that your instructor configured that is preventing you from moving forward.  Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi @CarlieBuono,

Look at the Module which has your completed work. Look to the right of each item. Do you see a green check mark or a circle? If you see a circle, then you have not completed that item. If you see a circle, look just below the name of the item, do you see the words "view," "mark as done," or "submit?" That will tell you what you must do.

When you have completed everything in the module, you will see a green circle to the right of the name of the module. If the circle is red, you are missing something.

If you still can't see it, please post a screenshot of the module you are working on, and we'll take a look at it.
