Links not taking me to resource

My external tool links are taking me to the "my content" page and not the specific gradable exercise I want the students to complete. Also, some students are getting an "access denied" message. This is new as we have been using the gradable resource links from evolve to canvas without an issue.

Thank you for contacting Canvas support. I'm sorry to hear that but I'd be happy to take a look! When I login as you to the course UCONN 2021-22 I pull up this list when selecting "Evolve". Each app will be different but because our access to it is limited we recommend reaching out to group associated with the external tool so they can check and make sure that it is configured for the correct course. We also recommend checking the box to "Load this tool in a new tab". Because this is done online we suggest verifying that your browser is up to date as well and then clearing your cache and cookies as to eliminate anything browser related that could be causing these issues. Please let us know the results of this and if you were able to get it to connect after these steps.
