Library search through ProQuest - cookie prompt

Whenever I am using the library search database ProQuest, the page prompts me to accept cookies (screenshot attached).  Even when I "accept all" it will still prompt after every page loads or re-loads.  It also does not matter which computer I use, or which browser I use.  It is doing this on Firefox, Chrome and Edge.   I have tried changing the security settings for the ProQuest site to be an exception and allow all cookies, but that still does not stop the prompting.  I have also tried logging in from different computers (one with firewall, one without) and this does not make a difference, the prompt continues to appear.  I have even allowed my firewall to make an exception for this site, but that does not work either.

It also does NOT do this when I search other databases in the library like EBESCOhost or Google scholar.  It is only when searching via ProQuest.  It is very irritating and time consuming given I am using this site more than the other sites.

I'm hoping there is a solution to this.

@StacyBenoche ...

Thank you for the reply.  This site is the Canvas Community and is not the same as Canvas Support.  And, it's also not the same as reporting the issue to your institution's Help Desk.  The Community site is a global site where people from all over the world come to ask questions about Canvas, discuss various Canvas topics, submit ideas for feature enhancements, and much more.  Most of the Community members here don't have access to California Southern University's Canvas environment, so we wouldn't be able to answer specifics.  You'd want to reach out to their local tech support team to see if they could help you with this question.  Also, Canvas Support (which may be different than your school's on-campus support team) can usually be contacted by clicking on the "Help" button in the left-hand global navigation bar within Canvas.  There are options there to contact Canvas Support.

How do I get help with Canvas as a student?

I hope this will help to clarify things for you a bit.  Sing out if you have any related questions...thanks!
