Librarian role permissions

My community college is new to Canvas. We would like to set up a role for librarians. For those that have created a librarian role in their schools, what permissions have you granted?

In order to look at what permissions should be included, the main question is, what specific role do you want the librarians to play and what things do you want them to be able to do in Canvas? Are they providing specific support to students in their courses? Are they managing shared content in Commons? Are they posting announcements about campus resources and activities?
Librarians at my school do not have any specific role in Canvas, but we do have instructional designers, help desk/support people, and department techs who all have some level of administrative access to the system.
