[Learning Mastery Gradebook] - Allow students to have a spreadsheet view of their Outcomes similar to teacher view

The Learning Mastery Gradebook view for teachers is very easy to look at, and allows the teacher to see their class/students' progress on their Outcomes "at a glance".  Students should also have this option to view their Outcomes progress in a similar spreadsheet view (for themselves individually of course, and not be able to see the rest of the class' scores).  This allows students to see "at a glance" how they are doing overall in a course, as well as allows them to select the "hide Outcomes with no results".  This is extremely helpful, especially if the Outcome names used are the alphanumeric identifiers used in standards such as the Common Core State Standards or the New Generation Science Standards.
