Joining a group

Hello,

I see the directions. It tells me to open " people" and so forth but how do I get to people?

where do  find the site or the drop menu that tells me where people is

Please advise!

This article should help you join a group! If there is not a place join, your instructor may need to adjust some settings to make them available to students.

How do I join a group as a student? 

If People isn't listed along the left-hand side of the course menu -- alongside Syllabus, Modules, etc. -- your instructor will need to adjust the visibility of that menu item. It may have been unintentionally excluded from the list when they created the course's navigation.
