I'm not sure I'm wording this correctly, but I was asked if I was able to determine
I poked around in the reports I could find but this seems to elude me.
Any ideas???

A. Finding the number of observers is doable
If you go to settings, then choose reports, then choose the provisioning report and click user observers and click run the report
B. Finding the number of active observers would be trickier
You'd need to define what you mean be active - in terms of last login date etc
Then you'd need to use the API to run through the list of observers and check your criteria to see which observers would be classified as 'active'
