For my courses, I have a syllabus module where I break down syllabus information into a series of pages (25 total: each page dedicated to a specific FAQ or set of policies) that make it easy for students to find the information they need, rather than sifting through a 15-page document. This also includes an interactive page on campus resources, where students can find direct links. This has become especially helpful since the pandemic, since I teach a number of asynchronous online courses where we never meet.
HOWEVER: my institution requires me to submit my syllabus as a PDF each quarter for accreditation purposes. For the past several years, I have done so each quarter alongside the syllabus module, but it takes a TON of extra work for me to create these documents, which my students don't even use. This quarter, I stopped, because it's too much busy work. Still: I need to submit this version of my syllabus.
SO: is there anyway to easily convert an entire Canvas module into a PDF?
I'm including a screenshot of my syllabus module so its clear what I'm working with.
Thanks!

I have not found a way to accomplish what you are trying to do. As far as I know, you will need to create individual PDF for each page and combine them into a single PDF afterwards.
Hi @DCG_1980! There is unfortunately not a built-in way to do this inside of Canvas. I'm crossing my fingers for you that someone here in the community can recommend an external tool you might be able to use that is compatible with Canvas to help you out!
Hi @DCG_1980 I advise our instructors who wish to create a PDF of their Modules page to use the print feature in the browser. In Chrome, you can right-click the Modules page (expand all modules to show all content) > select 'Print' in the menu that pops up. Change the 'Destination' setting in the Print Preview to 'Save As PDF' and click Save. This will create a PDF version of your Modules page.
I hope the above steps will be helpful to you.
Sorry if I was unclear! I need to be able to print all the pages within the module, not just the module "menu" so to speak. The module includes 25 pages and I was hoping there was a way to save all of them as a single PDF to print. So far, the only option seems to be to save each individual page as a PDF and then convert all those into a single PDF file. I'll have to do that three times for each of my courses, which is going to take quite a while. I was hoping there was a way to select all the pages in the module and the save them as one PDF. Is that possible?

Yeah: same. That's all we could figure out. I did suggest that Canvas develop that ability. It would be HUGELY helpful not only for things like accreditation and documentation, but for sharing resources with students and teachers.
I would like to boost this - it would be a hugely useful feature!
