I'm a student. The instructor commented that she had left an audio critique for me, but I don't see the option to click on the audio. The attached image is the tutorial from the instructor stating that a box would appear if there is an audio comment. However, I did not find the icon on my page. Please kindly assist.
Hi @VickyHsieh, you have discovered a recent change to Canvas that is not yet reflected in the Canvas Guides. Multimedia feedback is not available via the comment slide out tray but instead students must select the assignment name to view the comments on the assignment details page. Embedded is a silent video showing how to do this:
