Instructor-Classes are not showing up in Canvas from Focus

I've tried getting help from our campus and district Ed Tech and campus admin, but I still don't have any of my classes showing up in Canvas. I can manually create a class, but I can't get it to link to Focus and show my classes and students. Can anyone help with this?

Unfortunately, issues like this generally do need to be researched and taken care of by your local Canvas or sometimes Registration or IT teams. I'm not sure why they haven't been very responsive to you so far, but I certainly would suggest trying to reach out to them again, letting them know you still face the issue. Maybe it's something going wrong campus-wide, but maybe it is something with your specific school account that someone needs to update. As users in the global Canvas Community, we don't have access to any of your systems to be able to offer much advice of our own.
