IPad and Atlas A

My iPad will not let me access my tests that use the lockdown browser Atlas A through McGraw Hill Connect. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Hi @AlexisNowell 

LockDown Browser can only be used for tests coming from Canvas, not for tests coming from external sites like McGraw Hill Connect.  McGraw Hill Connect uses Proctorio, not LockDown Browser, for secure testing.  Here's info from McGraw Hill: https://www.mheducation.com/highered/learning-solutions/remote-proctoring.html
