I would like to submit an idea, but the "Submit an Idea" button that shows up on the instruction page doesn't appear on my page. Can anyone help me?

Hi @JulieReid,

In order to post an idea, you must have a "rank" of Community member.  There is a page explaining the various community ranks and requirements, but essentially you need to have an account active for 3 days with a valid email address and at least 15 minutes of activity viewing things in the community.  This is done to help control SPAM bots and other undesirable behavior in the community.
