Hi there, @ASMAAKORSHIED ...
Sorry to read that you are not able to see your courses when signed into Canvas on your computer. There have been several others here in the Canvas Community that have had similar problems, and here are a handful of suggestions to try on your own:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. You can check on this by going to What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?. Also, it is recommended that you use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox because these two browsers work well when surfing around the Canvas environment.
- Try clearing your cache/history in your web browser. Once you've done that, close your browser, and then re-start it. Log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- See if you can talk with anyone at the Peralta Community College District. Normally, this would be someone in their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. I was able to visit Peralta's website, and I found the following page which has some good contact information for you: Contact and Directory (peralta.edu).
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff. They may have some additional suggestions for you to try. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
Hopefully these resources will be of some help to you. Please keep us posted here in the Community once you find a solution...thanks!
