How do I add a profile photo?

Welcome,  @fac7743  , to the Community.  In the Global Navigation menu, click on the 2nd link (your account link)  

Click on the Profile link.  Once here, scroll over the circle beside your name.  You should see a pencil show up; click on the pencil.  This allows you to add your picture.  If you don't get this option, your admin may have removed that privilege.
