How do you conduct an interview?

Hello! I'm looking to conduct an interview as part of an assessment for my class. It'll be in the form of an assignment submission. Is there a tool that I can use on Canvas or external app that can conduct interviews where students can record their responses and submit?

If you have access to canvas Studio that might be a useful option. Otherwise an audio or video made with a laptop or camera could be uploaded

Great question!

Tufts University has an excellent tutorial called 
How do students submit an audio or video assignment? .  

I found this very helpful as I teach journalism and often want students to submit scripts, interviews, etc.
