I would recommend that you contact your local school/institution Canvas team to inquire about this (you posted this question to the global Instructure Community). Canvas LMS doesn't have a virtual assistant included as part of it, so it may be something additional that your school purchased (possibly Instructure's Impact product) or created on their own. Your local team will know a lot more and be able to provide the beat guidance on this particular issue. Feel free to come back and let us know what you find out though!
