How can I contact my CSM?

I need to enable some SCORM features that are only possible via Instructure. I cannot get the assistance I need from Help function within our instance.

Just a quick follow-up question for you...  Are you the primary Canvas administrator for your school/institution, or do you have another role there (teacher/faculty, support staff, etc)?  Providing this info will help us give you the best possible answer.
