Help - course is not loading, unable to open class

Hi,
I am a grad student at The University of Northern Colorado. I am currently experiencing a technical issue and my course on canvas is not loading. It is showing white but not loading the course. It is a somewhat urgent issue because I am finalizing things for an online class ending this Sunday. I have tried restarting my computer, and refreshing the page. I am also going to email my professor to just let her know and ask for help that way too. Anything you guys could do on your end would be helpful!

Hello @RachelBrandon , sorry you are experiencing issues. There are a couple things to try. First, make sure you are using a supported browser to access Canvas (I recommend Chrome). If you are already using Chrome, I would clear you cache as that can sometime cause this issue.
