Grade Sync to Infinite Campus

I have had some issues with syncing grades to IC. I sync and the grades move for some students and classes but not all of them. It's not any one class that has issues or one assignment, some students in the same class sync just fine and others won't sync. I've tried syncing multiple times, checking the assignment settings, etc. but nothing is working.

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I am having the same problem. We have 2 students who will not sync, but everyone else in the school does. Any guidance would be helpful.
