Getting Internal server error while LTI 1.3 authentication

Hello team,
I am an account admin and we have integrated an External LTI 1.3 tool for course page design purpose. When I as a first time user Launching my application from course navigation, I got the Oauth authentication window.
Where I was idle for few mins (between 5-10mins) and then I came back to authorize. After click on Authorize button from OAuth window, it throws Internal server error message with blank empty page.
Is there any maximum idle time before authorising the LTI 1.3?
