Event Callback URL for Course Update

I want to know any callback url feature is available into Canvas LMS API. because my requirement is when any course/account is update from Canvas Portal then notify our portal so we can add/update record into our database.

I was able to look at the Canvas API documentation HERE

However, I was unable to find anything about an event callback as far as when a course/account is updated from Canvas Portal. It might be best to submit a ticket to support to see if they can shed any light on this. 

I would love to know what they are able to find out on this.
