When I try to upload files, I'm getting an error code 400. Help!
Hi @AB9222,
Are you a student or teacher? Where are you trying to upload the files to? My guess is that you may be out of available storage space, but if you give us a few more details, we can direct you to the right spot to check that out or figure out if it's something completely different.

I am a teacher! They are audio files and it's so weird because I did not have this issue last year! There are hardly any files in the class so far- these would be the first.
Thanks for the extra info!
Are you going to your course, then the files area, and uploading there, or what method are you trying to use to get the audio in to Canvas? Since it's audio, there are multiple ways this can be done and all will end up storing the file slightly differently and lead to different results. Uploading to the files area will probably get you the most space available to use, unless your school/institution has purchased an external video management system that's integrated with Canvas (like Canvas Studio, Kaltura, Panopto, etc...).
