I have embedded a Google slide with links for my students. All works well, but when my students try to click on a link that is on the slide- the slides start scrolling. How can I make them stay on page one without scrolling through the rest of the previous slides? I am trying to use it as my weekly agenda, but the slides keep changing to different weeks.

Try using the "Skip this Slide" tool in Google Drive.
Select the slides you want to hide from students. Right click on those and choose "Skip This Slide". This will hide all of the slides except the one you want your students to view. If there is only one slide available to them, it shouldn't advance.
