Creating Rubrics at the Account Level (Finding / Importing)

Is there any way to use rubrics that are already created within Canvas and assign them at the account level? When I am listed as the faculty on a course I've found that I can reuse rubrics by simply using the Find Rubric feature. I was hoping that at the Account Level Admin I could use the Find rubric feature to make those rubrics available to the entire account/subaccount.
Slightly related, I haven't been able to find a clean way to export the rubrics and also import rubrics so that I could take a rubric I've already created and import it as an Account Level Rubric.
Does anyone have any ideas other than just doing them all from scratch again?

I haven't tried it, but you might have a look at this article and tool from a few years ago: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Instructional-Designer/Importing-Rubrics-from-a-Spreadshee...
However, note that the method described is for importing from a spreadsheet, not from a course rubric. There isn't currently a tool to export a course rubric to a spreadsheet or Word document.
