Course disappeared from past enrollment from courses tab

I am an IT assistant at my college and I received a call that a past course is no longer showing under the courses tab and past enrollments. I'm unsure of how to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated

@TaylorWheeler Are you a Canvas admin as well? If so, I would look and make sure the course is still in your Canvas instance. If it is, then you will want to make sure that the user in question is still enrolled in the "People" area and that there are no settings blocking students from accessing the course past a certain time. There is a checkbox in the course settings that blocks student access after the end date that can be checked. How all this works/functions is very much up to your institution so you may need to check with whomever is your Canvas lead.
