I could not get the help needed to begin my course on time and would like to cancel or postpone until the fall. Can someone please explain how to do this?

@lkoguinn Welcome to the Canvas Community. This is a question best asked to the institution you are taking the class from so that you follow their guidelines. This community is fellow Canvas users from all over the world and we do not have access to your school's systems to be able to assist. There may be special processes in place to make sure you are not charged for the course (assuming you are paying). I would also think they would want to know the reason you are not continuing is because you needed assistance faster.
