While interacting with my school's Canvas access on the web using the Chrome browser from my office desktop, I cannot copy the contents of a text box containing feedback into another text box on student-submitted work.
I often find myself typing the rubric contents for every student because I cannot copy and paste them into a feedback text box.
While at home on my Mac laptop, accessing my school's Canvas on the web using the Chrome browser, I CAN copy and paste within feedback textboxes.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd honestly ask your work IT department if they have any restrictions in place on the work computers. As you said, it works on another computer just fine, so I don't think it's a Canvas issue, but something with your work device. You could try disabling any browser extensions in use to see if that makes a difference, but beyond that things would get very specific to whatever software is on the system.
