Changing Subdomain for Sandbox

When I created my Canvas Sandbox, I created using my company name. So it is companyname.instructure.com. However, now that I want to show Demo of my product to my target audience, I feel I should give them link of my subdomain that reflects the product. i.e. I want to change the subdomain to productname.instructure.com. Is it possible through Account settings? Or Will I have to go for technical help?

Hi @Raju_Ganapathy,

You definitely will need to go to support or your customer success manager for something like this, as I know you cannot change it yourself.  I would assume someone would be able to change your Instructure subdomain, but I cannot even say that with 100% certainty as I've never seen anyone have that particular request before.
