Hi,
It will not let me see my courses, dashboard, calendar or anything related to my classes. The website works on my phone but it does not work on my laptop.

Good morning, @DelilahCortes ...
Here are some things to try:
- Make sure that your browser is up-to-date. I like to recommend either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You can also read more about this at What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?.
- Try clearing your cache/history in your browser. Once you do that, close the browser, and then re-start the browser. Log in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- Reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department ... or if you know who your local Canvas administrator is, that's a good start, too. They may have some suggestions for you.
- Contact Canvas Support to report an issue.
