Canvas not opening with the SSO via Canvas or the Web

We can't seem to set Canvas to open with the SSO via Canvas or the Web. Any ideas?

Generally speaking, the surest way to have users be redirected to the SSO when they go to your Canvas URL is to set your SSO authentication provider as the first authentication source listed under Admin > Authentication (i.e. the "Position" setting should be "1").
