Canvas Test

We have a professor who is reporting that some students took a quiz but the grade is not reflected in the Grade Book. when checking on Speedgrader, it shows there are no submissions for those students missing their grades but when I went in as them, it did show me that they completed the quiz. Any Idea how I can fix this?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. This can be a bit difficult to resolve in the forum without looking at the specifics of the course setup, quiz settings, student submissions, etc. It is possible there is a duplicate quiz or they made significant changes.
